The HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers (YHCA) Program was created in 2007 to recognize young Hispanics in corporate America who have demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities within their respective companies and have been committed to the Hispanic community.

Candidates from across the U.S. are nominated by their respective companies and are selected after a review of their education, professional experience, community involvement and volunteerism, as well as leadership and advocacy skills. Candidates must be Hispanic and be between ages 25 and 40.
